Programming Resources - Conditions

1) You only have the right to use any code for personal education purposes. I retain all 
   rights/copyrights to the code.  You may not distribute the any code for any purpose or
   include the code you find here in any program (commercial or educational or any other type 
   of programs) unless the code is commonly used (eg. quicksort algorithm).



2) You may be not include any code you find here in an assignment and pass it off as your own.
   Should you do so, you will assume full responsibilities and consequences of your action and 
   any responsibilities or punishments that I might have received as a result of your actions.



3) The codes here have been tested on my machine and have not gone under any extensive tests
   on multiple platforms.  Therefore, I assume no responsibilities for any damages to your 
   machines as a result of using my code. (ie. use the code here at your own risks.)  Also,
   some code/programs maybe incompatible with OS such as Win95.
